DEFINITIONS
In these Terms and Conditions, the "Company" means Pure Canadian Gaming or its affiliates; "Member" or "you" means a person who has signed up to participate in the Welcome Program.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for participation in the Welcome Program, you must meet all of the following conditions: (a) You are at least 18 years old;(b) You have not previously been banned from participating in any casino promotions by Pure Canadian Gaming or its affiliates; (c) The promotion is available to players with a verified account and who have not yet received any promotional offer within their first 7 days of play.
PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
To participate in the Welcome Program, you must sign up for an account on our website and confirm your email address by clicking on the verification link provided in your welcome message. By signing up to participate in this program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
CASHBACK BONUS
Upon activation of the promotional offer within 7 days from deposit time, a cashback bonus will be credited into the member's account at a rate stated on our website. The terms for redemption must also be followed: (a) Minimum Cash-in = CAD $20; (b) Wagering requirement applies - minimum 3X to maximum 30x within seven days of activation.
PROMOTIONAL TERMS
The Welcome Program will not apply if you are accessing the gaming platform from any territory or jurisdiction prohibited by law, including those territories whose laws require that we exclude them from our promotional offers. The terms and conditions of this promotion may be changed, modified or cancelled at the Company's discretion without prior notice.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
All bonuses have a minimum wagering requirement which must be met within seven days of activation to release funds.
LIMITATIONS ON CASHABLE BONUS AND PROMOTIONAL PLAY
Bonus bets are limited to 1/5 of your balance, and the amount credited by means of promotional play cannot exceed $250 per transaction.
PARTICIPATION RESTRICTIONS
(a) You may not participate in this program if you have been suspended or excluded from participating in any casino promotions by Pure Canadian Gaming or its affiliates; (b) Employees of the Company are ineligible to participate in this promotion.
TERMINATION
These Terms and Conditions will terminate immediately upon your withdrawal from, exclusion from participation in, cancellation, suspension or change in terms and conditions of this promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
By accepting these Terms and Conditions you agree that they are binding on yourself as well as all other members who have accepted them; (a) You must not manipulate the promotion or attempt to fraudulently withdraw cash from your account, else both winnings will be voided and membership terminated with no refund; (b) The Company may at its discretion, modify, amend or cancel this agreement and these Terms and Conditions.
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the province in which they are executed, as amended from time to time and any dispute arising under them will be resolved exclusively within that province.
AMENDMENTS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company may at its discretion modify or change these Terms and Conditions; amendments will take effect when posted on our website.
FINAL AGREEMENT
This agreement supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings and agreements between the parties with respect to the Welcome Program and shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties relating to such subject matter.
